Camille Gillardeau has been working in the humanitarian sector since 2010. After years on the field (Afghanistan, Sierra Leone during Ebola, Irak, Bangladesh, Yemen…) working as Field Coordinator and Country Director for Doctors Without Borders (MSF) and Humanity & Inclusion (HI), she decided to dedicate her time to Security and Safety management and to focus her attention on Refugees support through International Refugee Council.
As a female director, Ms. Gillardeau believes in a new type of Security culture and is committed to build new bridges between programs and Security department.
