Charles Goerens is a Luxembourgish politician. Member of the European Parliament (ALDE) and Member of the Development Aid Committee.
He was the Minister for Development Aid and Humanitarian Action from 1999 to 2004, and Pres and ident of the Democratic Party Luxembourg from 1989 to 1994, and from 2006 to 2009.
He was President of the Western European Union (UEO) Assembly from 1987 to 1990, and President of the Sahel Club from 2006 to 2009.
