
Charls Erik Halder is a medical doctor and public health expert working with International Organization for Migration (IOM) for last 4.5 years. He has more than 7 years of experience in health response both in humanitarian and development sector with the expertise in primary health care, epidemic and disaster preparedness and response, information management and surveillance, quality improvement, communicable and non-communicable disease control and infection prevention and control. He is supporting the humanitarian health response in Cox’s Bazar for Rohingya refugees for more than five years.
Mr. Halde is leading the mobile medical team technical working group of health sector and co-chairing Health Sector Emergency Preparedness and Response Technical Committee. During the COVID-19 crisis he was actively involved in designing and implementing the outbreak preparedness and response interventions in Cox’s Bazar
