
After studying at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and at the Université du Québec à Montréal where she has obtained an LL.M. in International Law and Politics, Coline Beytout- Lamarque joined the International Committee of the Red Cross as a legal advisor attachée. She has also worked as a legal advisor for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Brussels and the French Ministry of Health.
Ms. Beytout-Lamarque has worked as a humanitarian diplomacy officer for the international office of Médecins Sans Frontières in Geneva, for which she carried out several missions in Haiti, Pakistan and South Sudan, and as an advocacy officer for Action contre la Faim. She is currently a legal advisor in international humanitarian law for the French Red Cross.
