
Darare G. Salessa is a social development worker and trained teacher. She has over 20 years experience working with women, children, youths and individuals as an agent of support, change and guidance. Ms. Salessa graduated from the Uganda Martyrs University at Uganda with her graduate degree in Development studies and Democracy. She believes that change happens when people are given the support they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives. Her approaches of letting the communities to making decision, plan and lead their own idea can transform lives forever, allow people to live in dignity and protect the world.
With a passion for supporting community led responses, Ms. Salessa provides an environment of compassion and support to help individuals and communities overcome obstacles to move forward and thrive.
