Professor David Cantor, PhD, is founding Director of the Refugee Law Initiative (RLI), University of London. He has 20+ years’ experience as a practitioner and researcher on refugee/IDP protection, particularly in Latin America. At the RLI, he leads the Internal Displacement Research Programme, the Researching Internal Displacement platform, MOOCs on refugees and internal displacement, and supports the distance-learning MA in Refugee Protection and Forced Migration Studies
