Dick Clomén is Head of Humanitarian Diplomacy, Liaison and Communications at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Europe Region. 2018–2020 he was heading the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement’s project Addressing mental health and psychosocial consequences of armed conflicts, natural disasters and other emergencies. Dick has been Head of Policy and Strategic Advisor to the Secretary General of the Swedish Red Cross. He is a specialist in International Humanitarian Law and International Human Rights Law.
