Dilara Fuchs is Portfolio manager at KfW Development Bank in the Middle East Crisis Prevention & Response Division at Frankfurt Headquarters. She is responsible for the regional portfolio of KfW with UNRWA, the Regional Program for the Improvement of Living Conditions on Palestine Refugee Camps (REPAC) in Lebanon, Jordan and the Gaza Strip as well as the new Project on digital transformation for UNRWA Health and Education Programmes.
