Erika Ellamaa-Ots is the Permanent Representative of Estonia to the EU’s Political and Security Council. Prior, she held consecutive positions with different regional divisions of the EU’s diplomatic services in the Council and the EEAS. Her career spans over 20 years with the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Ms. Ellamaa-Ots holds a BA in Social Sciences, a MA in organisational sociology and political culture and had additional training in security and defence studies.
