Eva Svoboda is currently Deputy Director of International Law and Policy of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva. She works as a Research Fellow with the Humanitarian Policy Group (HPG) at the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) in London. Between 2016 and 2017, she worked as the senior expert for detainees and missing persons at the United Nations Office of the Special Envoy for Syria
