Issa Sanogo is a seasoned development and humanitarian worker with over 25 years of experience, both within and outside the United Nations. He has held senior and professional positions within the World Food Programme, worked as an economist at the World Bank and held government positions in Côte d'Ivoire.
Mr. Sanogo holds a PhD in Economics, from the Center for Studies and Research for International Development (CERDI) of the University of Auvergne in France
