Jean Daniel Batabombi Apanza is Colonel of the Democratic Republic of Congo Armed Forces (FARDC). He is second-in-command in charge of the administration and logistics of the FARDC Communication and Information Service.
Mr. Batabombi Apanza is Secretary of the FARDC Commission for the fight against sexual violence.
