
John Harding is the Head of the Climate Risk and Early Warning Systems (CREWS) secretariat at the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). For 25 years, he has been developing and managing projects and programs in developing countries on resilience, climate change and the risk of disasters. He has extensive experience working on sustainable development, humanitarian response and recovery in several countries.
Mr. Harding has held positions at the United Nations in Geneva, New York and with the World Bank in Washington DC
