Juan Carlos Viloria Doria, young Venezuelan, medical doctor, vice president of the Venezuelan Association in Barranquilla (Colombia), and President of the Coalition for Venezuela, federation which integrates more than 70 civil society organizations of the Venezuelan diaspora in 20 countries. With more than 15 years of experience in social and humanitarian work, he has dedicated his efforts to the development of communities, especially those made up of refugees, migrants, and returnees.
Mr. Viloria Doria was awarded the National Award for Young Talent of the Republic of Colombia in 2019 and the Exceptional Service Award in 2021 by Refugee International
