Karolina Kalinowska leads on DG ECHO's approach to reducing the environmental impacts of humanitarian aid, having worked at DG ECHO for four years. Previously she worked at the European Commission’s department for environment and before that, in multiple climate and environment organisations.
Ms. Kalinowska is a graduate of the Environmental Change and Management MSc, University of Oxford.
