Kovo Esul is Plan International’s Lake Chad CPiE specialist supporting Nigeria, Niger and Cameroon in CPiE and SGBV. He started supporting the Lake Chad Basin region from January 2021 up to date. He has more than ten-years’ experience in child protection, SGBV (CCS), gender, case management, Community Based CP or GBV mechanisms and in PSS programs.
Mr. Esul holds two Master degrees in Management and Development of Projects from “High Institute of Management /ISM Bukavu” and in Management of Crisis and Humanitarian Action from 2Ie Institute in Burkina Faso.
