Maite Zamacona Aguirre is a Senior Advisor at the Health and Care Department of the Swedish Red Cross. She coordinates the Swedish Red Cross international cooperation on MHPSS both with the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement and externally. 2015-2020 she was a Senior Advisor at the Swedish Red Cross Protection Unit focusing on immigration detention and protection.
