Miguel Adrián Ramírez González studied International Relations at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He has an academic background in International Humanitarian Law, International Security, and Human Rights in Law Enforcement Operations.
Prior to his current appointment as Head of Operations, Mr. González held various positions with the ICRC working in Mexico, Central America, Cuba, and the Dominican Republic.
