Nianja Raonivelo is an agricultural engineer with two postgraduate diplomas in agronomy and risk and disaster management. He has 13 years’ experience working in the National Office of Disaster and Risk Management (BNGRC) and is Chairman of the IPC Technical Working Group and the National Vulnerability Assessment Committee of Madagascar.
Mr. Raonivelo is the technical focal point of the BNGRC at the level of the food security and livelihoods sector group and the national Cash Working Group in Madagascar.
