Ambassador to Ethiopia with European External Action Service
Roland Kobia is the EU Ambassador to Ethiopia. Formerly, he was EU Special Envoy for Afghanistan, EU Ambassador to Myanmar and to Azerbaijan. Mr. Kobia is a Professor on Conflicts at the College of Europe in Bruges. In addition, he serves on the EU Mediation Team.
