
Seng Kai was born in Myitkyina Township, Kachin State, Myanmar. In 2006, she graduated from the University of Myitkyina with a Bachelor of Law (LL. B) degree. After graduation, she completed a medical course in Yangon and graduated in 2008. Thereafter, she has worked with Community Health and Development (CHAD), a Faith-based Organization or Local Civil Society organization as a Psychosocial Counsellor, a Project Coordinator for (GBV) and CBPHC (community based primary health care) and Health Facilitator. In 2019, she graduated with a Master of Science in Family Resource Management (MSFRM) with the University of Philippines Los Baños (UPLB), Laguna, Philippines.
Ms. Kai has been as a Director in CHAD since 2020 May. CHAD implements interventions on Nutrition & WASH, Health, Women Empowerment & Protection (GBV, Livelihood), Education & Child Protection and Emergency Response.
