Taline El Khansa has been working in the humanitarian sector since 2013, focused on the Middle East, including Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, and Yemen. She has worked extensively in field-based positions before becoming the Country Director with Danish Refugee Council (DRC) based in Sana'a, Yemen in early 2021. Within Yemen, DRC has a large geographic footprint in both GoY and DFA-controlled areas. Programs include Camp Coordination and Management, Protection, Emergency Response, Food Security and Livelihoods, Shelter, WASH, and Humanitarian Mine Action. DRC is working with internally displaced populations, host communities, and migrant populations.
