
From June 2000 to November 2006, Tatiana Barantsova worked as an instructor, social pedagogue, Head of the Department of the Center for Social Assistance of Zhovtnevy district of Luhansk and in Luhansk city center for social services.
From April 2008 to April 2020 she worked as the director of the municipal institution “Luhansk Regional Center for Socio-Cultural Adaptation of Youth with Disabilities” of the Luhansk Regional Council.
Chairman of the Luhansk Regional Organization “Association Of Women, Youth, Families With Disabilities Of Eastern Donbass – Ami-Vostok”. In May 2020, she became the Authorized Government Official for the Rights of People with Disabilities and was also awarded the Order of Princess Olga III degree.
For her extraordinary efforts helping 5000 displaced people in the Ukraine conflict, she was a regional winner for Europe for the UNHCR Nansen Refugee Award in February 2020.
