Vijay Neekhra has been associated with UNRWA for around 11 years and as a Head, Housing & Camp Improvement Division of Infrastructure and Camp Improvement Programme, is responsible for coordinating, providing support and guidance in rolling out participatory camp improvement planning and providing shelter services in Palestine refugee camps. Dr. Vijay has over 18 years of extensive experience in policy development, strategic planning, urban & participatory community planning, housing, WASH & emergency services.
